i jinxed myself

of course after posting about that awful metro announcer i had a worse one (or at least just as bad) this morning. on account of all the rain i was running a few minutes behind - did anyone want to actually get out of bed this morning? i got to the station and was excited to see a train coming so i ran down the stairs and just made it on. i guess i shouldn't have been so excited - the announcer sounded like a twelve year old girl who had just sucked helium. ugh.
