so we decided to brave bailey's for the game on thursday night. while there were a lot of hokies in the house - there were definitely more hoos!
here are my top 10 from the night (of course in no particular order):
1. music videos
was anyone seriously watching the looping videos of ryan cabrera, will smith and sum 41? yeah, i didn't think so.
2. gobble gobble bitches
as much as i hate the hokies (except for you emily - nothing but love), i couldn't help but laugh at that guy's shirt. pretty clever. but your mascot is still a turkey. booyah.
3. ryan pettinella
although he looks like a thirty year old accountant he still might be my favorite. mainly because he is the namesake of this blog. but, seriously, he played pretty well. i mean he actually MADE a free throw. that's huge for him!
4. no look passing
it's sick how well they're passing these days. so sad jr's leaving us soon.
5. jr's mom
laverne is crazy. way to break it down.
6. the hokie from pahokee
zabian is by far my favorite hokie, mainly because of this.
7. old guy leaving the bathroom
couldn't you just have zippered your fly in the bathroom? i mean seriously, we really didn't need to see that. (he was probably a hokie)
8. the service
well, it sucked. i mean you think bailey's would have been a little more prepared seeing as it was a game with probably the two biggest alumni bases in the area. ugh.
9. botticelli
i'm a champ at thinking of people.
10. the "swirly things"
shouldn't those things be illegal? note to virginia students: never try to be like maryland. please get rid of those heinous things asap.
big game today! but the only downside of us being ranked number one is that the game will be at 12 noon on friday. don't they know that some of us have to work. convenient that i'm moving downtown right next to espn zone. looks like i'll be taking an extra long lunch on friday.
