happy friday!

reasons why i shouldn't be at work today (and neither should you!):

1. it's gorgeous out! although i think by the time monday rolls around and it's nearing 100 degrees i might be wanting to be in the icebox that is my office.

2. there was a police officer w/ a bomb sniffing dog checking out all the newspaper dispensers at the metro this morning. maybe someone saw it so they said it??

3. there were only two boxes of bagels/donuts in our kitchen instead of the usual four. they clearly know no one is going to be here. and they are so right.

4. it's pat day! although i think the tailgating can wait a few more hours. at least until i'm ready to blow this popsicle stand.
