this is what i looked like about 30 minutes ago on my walk/run/slosh back from lunch at 14th & h. it was pouring out there! half a block and i was completely soaked. and of course there was not one awning in sight! eventually i ducked into a parking garage - but by then the damage had been done. the one good thing about the downpour was a 20ish old woman running down the street in a white tank top yelling "i'm in a wet t-shirt contest." i'm really glad i went with the green shirt today!
