hooooooooos house! yeah, that's right - uva's baseball team is currently ranked #3 in the nation! and if you haven't checked it out yet, the wapo has a great feature on the team in this morning's paper.
and yes, i'm just getting around to the sports section right now. the metro was unusually packed this morning - and i have yet to master reading the paper while holding on for dear life.
in other uva sporting news - the women's lacrosse team pulled a #3 seed and will be playing princeton (sound familiar?) in cville on sunday afternoon. and if they keep winning they have a chance to play johns hopkins in the semifinals. and since my cousin's cousin (does that make her my cousin too?) plays for the blue jays, that's a match up i'd love to see.
